We are looking for Sales Development Representative for our own product!
Requirements
— Experience in B2B sales for 1,5+ years;
— Advanced level of English;
— Excellent negotiation skills;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Understanding of enterprise buying processes;
— Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive (Hubspot, Salesforce);
— Experience with sales automation tools like Snov.io, DealFront, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator, Dux-Soup.
Would Be a Plus
— Experience in managing complex sales processes that require multiple touches through different channels (LinkedIn, email);
— Understanding PM processes;
— Our customers are tech and engineering companies of 100+ employees in the US and European markets, so having a sales experience with a similar ICP would be a big plus.
Responsibilities
— Develop outreach strategies to attract new customers proactively and efficiently through different channels including email, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), etc;
— Come up with outbound lead generation campaigns to improve the company’s brand name and target new prospects;
— Work in tandem with the marketing & sales teams on the account-based marketing campaigns;
— Participation in introductory video calls with potential clients;
— Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective customers;
— Report on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis the results to the manager;
— Participation in the development of a sales plan and criteria for its achievement (KPI);
— Work closely with other marketing and stakeholders to develop a long-lasting relationship with prospects and clients.
