On Tuesday, August 30, we gonna build a startup bridge between Ukraine and Silicon Valley at a Founders’ only event with Patrick Gunn.
Patrick is the partner in charge at Cooley — one of the leading Silicon Valley law firms with $1.55 billion in revenue. He represented companies such as Zoom, Oracle, Facebook, NVIDIA, and eBay. Also, Patrick advised Rappi, an on-demand delivery app, on its $500 million Series F financing round, which brings its valuation to $5.25 billion.
Patrick will join us in person at LIFT99 Kyiv Hub, and 4 more professionals: Matthew Bartus (co-chair, Cooley), Joshua Stein (Board Member, Optimism PBC), David Kelly (venture capitalist, Tapestry VC) and Patrick Murphy (Co-founder & General Partner at Tapestry VC) will be online.
Topics we gonna cover:
- Environmental prerequisites for UA startups to develop products for the global market while staying in Ukraine: economic, political, cultural
- What the next generation of Ukrainian startups should and shouldn’t do to be attractive for Silicon Valley VCs
- War-time effort towards victory and rebuilding
Free entrance, no recording, founders only, registration is required. In person at LIFT99 Kyiv Hub
