Requirements
— Experience in the company’s network infrastructure;
— SPOC (single point of contact) in matters related to IT and security;
— High level of communication;
— Ability to create and maintain up-to-date documents;
— Ability to understand standards and implement them intelligently;
— Experience of working in Agile teams (e.g. SCRUM);
— Administration of G Suite, Office 365 cloud services;
— Understanding of routing in TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall (Mikrotik knowledge would be a plus);
— Google, Azure, Amazon cloud services;
— DNS administration and configuration;
— Nginx/mysql/gitlab/svn administration;
— Vmware virtualization systems;
— WIFI Network Management;
— Working with DLP, MDM, Perimeter Security;
— Linux, Windows Server administration and configuration;
— Backup Systems;
— English level at least upper-intermediate.
Responsibilities
— Ensure the company’s infrastructure is up and running;
— Propose and advocate changes based on the evidence base after the recertification;
— Carefully delve into IT & IT Security & Security Basics needs of all areas of the company’s operations;
— Manage plans from receipt of assignment, to ensuring execution;
— Listen to the problem, discuss the solution with stakeholders, create an action plan and further measure the results of the solution with possible adjustments;
— Manage and create department plans for the day/week/month with adjustments for objective reasons;
— Keep management in the context of tasks (give status) assigned to the IT department;
— Delegate decisions or tasks, but not responsibility and accountability.
